• WEBSITE ORDERS : Secure online shopping 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.  We accept most major credit card payments through pay pal. You will receive an email confirmation after your order is placed and another when the order is shipped.
• SHIPPING : 23rd Wave ships orders on Mondays and Fridays.  We ship via 1st class Royal mail, which normally takes 1-5 business days.  Packages over 5kg will be sent via TNT Express next day service.  Packages will be sent to the address stored on your Pay Pal account. Please ensure your details are correct when you receive your confirmation email.  If any details are incorrect please email us at mail@23rdwave.co.uk on the same day as the order was placed notifying us of changes.
• POSTAGE & PACKAGING : If you do not receive your order within the above stated time frame. please contact us within 30 days from the time the order was placed.  After 30 days 23rd Wave cannot be responsible for missing packages.  Please contact us for delivery charges on orders outside of the UK mainland. Recycled packaging will be used when possible.
• RETURNS / EXCHANGES : If you are unhappy with your purchase unspoiled, unworn, goods in there original packaging may be exchanged or refunded if returned (at customers expense) within 7 days of order along with proof of purchase (does not include delivery charges).  Soiled goods will not be considered for exchange or refund, nor will goods damaged in transit.  This does not affect your statutory rights.  Please dispatch goods by traceable post, including proof of purchase and the reason for exchange or refund.  23rdWave will not be responsible for returned goods that are lost in transit.
• SALE ITEMS : Sale items are Non-refundable.
• SECURITY :  23rd Wave will not disclose any customer information to third parties.  We will not disclose your name, address email or telephone number unless we have informed you, been authorised by you, or are required to do so by law, subject to the Data Protection Act 1998.
• STOCK AVAILABILITY :  Clothing is limited to one per size, if the size you are looking to order is out of stock then please email us at mail@23rdwave.co.uk as we hold separate stock for the shows and events.
• PRODUCT INFORMATION :  Every effort has been made to reflect product colours as accurately as possible.  However, due to differences in monitors, we are unable to guarantee that the colour you will see on your monitor will accurately reflect the true colour of the product.  All photos, descriptive matter and specifications are issued on this website for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the products.
